The Rolla, Mo., Local 840 Volunteer Organizing Committee (VOC) helped the American Legion set flags at the Missouri Veterans Home in St. James, Mo., for Memorial Day. Business Manager Jeff Watson and 840 member Catherine Lobato were honored to take part in this activity.
