Members of the St. Louis, Mo., Local 42 and Wentzville, Mo., Local 662 Volunteer Organizing Committees (VOCs) teamed up with Veterans’ Committees and the Young Marines to clean and fold over 2,000 American flags to place on veterans’ headstones for Memorial Day at St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
